Playing sports has many benefits for the average person (s). Lifestyle average today is a busy and has no room for something like sports, because after all, most sports are just games. Or so the average person thinks. One of the main advantages of playing a sport regularly is something you can stay healthy and prevent diseases such as heart attack and the possibility of high blood pressure. The latter, as you know, has no symptoms until it is too late.
In addition, due to our hectic lifestyle to spend quality time with little or nothing of our families. Playing sports with family and friends gives them the incentive to exercise more and think of better nutrition and all the things you have to do to be a good athlete. Participating in sports offers women and girls more positive body image. Most importantly, participation in sports reduces their stress levels and anxiety. Sports can teach leadership skills and teamwork. Women and girls participating in any sporting activity to reduce their risk of obesity. Women and girls in any sport say they are happier than their non-active.
